This is the sixth step of the SPPAS installation. This step will guide you in assigning licences to users.
Before We Begin
- You need to be a Global Administrator to assign licence.
- Please make sure that you have followed the previous installation step from this article: Installations Step 5: Install the Power BI report
Step 1: Login to the Licence management portal
Go to https://platform.sppas.net and login using your Microsoft work account. This is the same account you used to purchase the licences in step 1.
Step 2: Assign licences to users
From the Subscription page, select the cog icon next to the subscription, and select Assign Licences.

From the ASSIGNED LICENCES page, Click Add User to add assign a licence to a single user or use the import button to assign licences to multiple users.
